Your First Visit

Welcome New Patients!

We are always excited to meet our new patients during their first visit to our office. Our goal is to educate you about what orthodontics can do to give you the best smile possible. We know your time is valuable, so please plan to spend about 45 minutes with us during this first visit.

During your visit our team will:

• Give you a brief tour of our office
• Take diagnostic photos of your face and teeth and a panoramic x-ray

We will also address the following questions regarding the basics of orthodontic treatment:

• What concerns do you have about your teeth?
• What orthodontic problems exist?
• What treatment procedures will be used to correct your orthodontic problem ?
• Will any additional dental work be required to facilitate treatment?
• How long will treatment take?
• How much will treatment cost and what are the options for payment?

Please assist us by bringing the following information to your appointment:

• Any panoramic x-ray taken within the past six months
• Your dental insurance card so that we may give you an accurate estimate of your costs
• Your completed patient information forms. These may be printed from the link below.
