Your Mission:
Own the Invisalign workflow from Rx to delivery. You’re the behind-the-scenes magician ensuring that every aligner is prepped, tracked, documented, and delivered with precision and grace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, log, label, and store Invisalign aligners by patient
- Track each case from prescription submission to delivery—update systems daily
- Be the point person for all manufacturer communication
- Notify team and patients when aligners are ready
- Maintain spotless documentation and generate weekly progress reports
- Assist with stats and data to help maintain Diamond status
- Support aligner delivery appointments and iTero scanning as needed
- Package aligners, prep for shipping, and troubleshoot like a boss
- Constantly suggest process improvements to keep us running like clockwork
Bonus Points If You:
- Have previous ortho or dental experience (especially with Invisalign or iTero)
- Love a color-coded spreadsheet
- Take ownership and thrive with autonomy

- Have excellent judgment, initiative, and follow-through
