Requirements to Apply for The William R. Parks Memorial Scholarship:

1. Applicant must be a senior in high school or a current college student.
2. Applicant must be a current or former patient of Parks Orthodontics.
3. Applicant must fill out the simple application form below.

Scholarship applications must be submitted by May 1 to be considered for the current school year; any applications received on May 2 or later will be applied to the following school year.

“It is a great honor to receive your generous Parks Memorial Scholarship Fund which will help fund a portion of my expenses for my education at Mississippi State University. While at MSU I will be majoring in Political Science, and I am proud to admit that my perseverance has led me to pursue many opportunities offered at MSU.
