For your safety and convenience, routine retainer check appointments can now be done virtually!

  • Insert your retainers (upper and lower, if applicable).

  • Grab your phone and a friend and take 5 photos of your teeth (see photos below for an example to follow!) 

  • Text your photos to us at 757-874-6655. Make sure to include your full name in the message.

  • That’s it! Dr. Parks will review your photos and let you know how things look.

If your retainers are NOT fitting properly, you may need an in-person visit. Just let our team know by texting us at 757-874-6655 that you would like to be seen in-office and we will set an appointment for you!
